If you are unhappy with the product, you can get in touch with us within 7 days of the delivery provided it is unused.- We will either replace it with another product of the same value or refund it in your bank account (Cash on Delivery Charges & Shipping Charges are non-refundable).All returns opted for full exchange/return will attract a processing fee of Rs.100. After deducting the amount, the balance will be transferred to your provided bank account.
Note : We donot have any return policy for TWS covers & Socks! Used product like socks and TWS cover will be void of return policy as we cant take used product back.
Also, the return /refund policy is voided if the tws cover is not purchased for the intended device and is purchased just to experiment fitting.

Yes, we do have reverse pick up facility but in lights of recent COVID19 restriction, reverse pick up has been disabled from majority of pin-codes.
Yes ,a nominal charge of Rs 90-100 will be charged. We will schedule a reverse pick up for receiving the product from you.

Yes, you can cancel the order by mailing us at support@heropantee.in only if the order is not dispatched. Once dispatched from our office it will be difficult for us to cancel the order.Prepaid order will be cancelled/refunded only after package has been marked as RTO on tracking link.
Yes,we will refund the amount to you once we verify the cancellation initiation from you(only if the package is not dispatched).
